We can not hold a party date or time without a deposit. Even if there has been communication about a date, it is not a complete booking without a deposit. We have many clients we speak with daily and booking dates and times go quickly.
If you know the date you would like and need to change it for any reason, you can change your date and the deposit you made will go to that new date. (There is no extra fee to change a date.)

We do many parties that are 3 hours and longer. We just don't have the payment option online for this since the pricing is different for each party. We would be happy to book this party over the phone.
